All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA or Miami, FL.  

Processing Time : 1 - 3 Business Days 

Shipping Time : 3 - 5 Business Days 

We do not ship to any US Territories at this time. 

 

What is your return policy?

- ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED & HAVE AN RMA NUMBER OR YOUR MERCHANDISE WON'T BE ACCEPTED.         

- All sales are final. You have 3 days from date of receipt to notify us of a defective item. The date of receipt is the day the mail carrier marks delivered. After 3 days, no returns will be allowed. 

  • DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE REPLACED FOR THE SAME STYLE OR WILL BE CREDITED BACK IN THE ACCOUNT.
  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.         

- ALL SHOES, JEWELRY AND ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL.      

- PRIVATE LABEL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL.

Will I be charged for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances.

Is the original shipping refundable?

Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are reshipping defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders. For International orders, a store credit will be given.

How do I make an exchange? 

There are no exchanges. Defective merchandise returned with RMA number will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

At EL4F, every piece is designed to sculpt, contour, and elevate your silhouette. Because of the tailored and statement nature of our garments and accessories, precise sizing is essential.


By completing a purchase with EL4F, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. Customer Measurement Responsibility


Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the EL4F Size Guide and taking accurate body measurements prior to placing an order.


EL4F is not responsible for improper fit resulting from incorrect measurements, failure to review sizing charts, or ordering the wrong size.


We strongly recommend measuring your bust, waist, hips, and/or foot length before purchasing.

 


2. No Returns for Fit or Sizing


Due to the exclusive and fashion-forward nature of EL4F products:


• We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fit, sizing, or personal preference.

• Variations in body shape, proportions, and styling preference do not qualify as defects.

• Being “too small,” “too large,” or “not the desired fit” does not qualify for return.

3. All Sales Are Final


All purchases made through EL4F are final sale.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Any approved claims must be reported within the timeframe stated in our general return policy.

 


4. Fit Disclaimer


Certain EL4F styles are designed to be:


• Body-contouring

• Structured and tailored

• Snatched and form-fitting

• Stretch-enhanced or non-stretch


Product descriptions will indicate fabric stretch and fit details. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.
