EL4F GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Upon Purchase

The purchase or use of an EL4F Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Final Sale

All  EL4F Gift Cards are final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.

2. Redemption

EL4F Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for merchandise available through EL4F website only. Gift cards may not be applied toward previous purchases.

3. Promotional Exclusions

Gift cards may not be combined with promotional discounts, coupon codes, flash sales, markdowns, or special offers unless expressly stated otherwise by EL4F.

4. Non-Transferability & Resale

Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized promotional purposes without prior written consent from EL4F.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

EL4F is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card as cash.

6. Fraud & Misuse

EL4F reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Modifications

EL4F reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website.
